| After a seven year excursion in Yosemite National Park, Stephanie finally received her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis in 1999. Her and her husband left the pleasant weather of sunny California and moved to the "steamy" town of College Station to further her academic career at Texas A & M University. What a dedicated student! She is currently in the MS/ Registered Dietetic Program in Human Nutrition. |
